Cherry and Walnut Chest

This chest is sturdily constructed with thick cherry legs and a cherry frame. The panels are made from black walnut. It is constructed in this way to increase the strength and reduce the effect of wood movement. The chest features modern black handles and butterfly latches. It also has struts that assist in lifting the lid.
